Punch is designed for speed, and gestures are a big part of that. Instead of typing every number, you can scroll through values with a swipe.

Scrolling to set values

Wherever you see a numeric input in the order form — lot size, stop-loss price, limit price, or trigger price — you have two options:

  1. Scroll — Swipe up or down on the value to increase or decrease it in preset steps. This is the fastest way to make quick adjustments.

  2. Tap and type — Tap the field to open the keyboard and enter an exact number manually.

Both methods work across all order types, so you can pick whichever feels more natural in the moment.

Tips for faster order entry

  • Use scroll for small adjustments (adding one lot, nudging a stop-loss).

  • Use tap-and-type when you need a precise price that is far from the current value.

  • In fast markets, scrolling is usually quicker because you skip the keyboard entirely.
