How to Report a Bug on Builders Lab

Use the Issues board on Punch Builders Lab to report bugs, glitches, or technical problems you encounter.

Every bug report helps the Punch team prioritise fixes faster — especially when it includes clear steps to reproduce the problem. Here is how to file one.

How to report an issue

  1. Open Builders Lab — tap Builders Lab in the Punch app, or visit builderslab.punch.trade.

  2. Go to the Issues board.

  3. Check if someone already reported the same issue — if so, upvote it and add a comment with your details.

  4. If not, tap Add your idea and describe the problem.

What to include

  • What you were doing when the issue happened.

  • What you expected vs what actually happened.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible.

  • Your device model and app version, if relevant.

Reported issues move through the same pipeline as feature requests — In Review → Under Development → Resolved. You will get notified to your report when it is fixed.
