Standard Order Types
Market Order — Executes immediately at the best available price. Use this when speed matters more than getting an exact price.
Limit Order — Executes only at your specified price or better. Use this when you want to control the exact entry or exit price.
Trigger Order — Stays inactive until the market reaches your trigger price, then activates. Useful for stop-loss setups.
Advanced Order Types
Protection Orders — Combine a stop-loss and a target in a single order without blocking extra margin. You can also trail your stop-loss so it adjusts automatically as the price moves in your favor.
Iceberg Orders — Split a large order into smaller chunks (up to 10 legs) so you can place higher quantities than the per-order limit. For example, you can place up to 270 lots on NIFTY in one go.
Basket Orders — Select multiple contracts and execute them all with one tap. Great for building multi-leg option strategies or hedging positions quickly.
