How do I track my application status on Punch?

Once you have submitted your account application, you can follow its progress directly inside the Punch app. Head to the Account Activation page — it updates in real time as each step of your application is processed.

You will also receive notifications via WhatsApp and email when there are important updates about your account, such as approval or if any documents need to be resubmitted.

If your application has been pending for more than 48 hours, reach out to Punch support through the app or call +91 79410 57311 for an update.
