How to Submit a Feature Idea on Builders Lab

Anyone with a Punch account can submit a feature idea on Builders Lab. If your idea gets enough votes, it moves into the development pipeline.

How to post an idea

  1. Open Builders Lab — tap Feature Request in the Punch app, or visit builderslab.punch.trade.

  2. Go to the Feature Ideas board (or Punch Desktop for desktop-specific requests).

  3. Tap Add your idea.

  4. Write a clear title and description — explain what problem it solves and why it matters.

  5. Add screenshots, images, or video clips if they help clarify the idea.

  6. Submit.

Tips for a strong submission

  • Focus on the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature you want.

  • Check if a similar idea already exists — if it does, vote and comment on that one instead of creating a duplicate.

  • The more specific you are, the easier it is for the team to evaluate and build.
