How to Upload Photo and Signature on Punch?

Taking your photo

During account opening, Punch asks you to take a selfie for identity verification. Follow these tips to make sure it is accepted on the first attempt:

• Stand in front of a plain white background.

• Make sure your face is clearly visible — remove hats, glasses, or anything that covers your face.

• Choose a well-lit spot so the image is not dark or grainy.

• Position your face inside the green circle guide shown in the app.

• Keep your face centred and avoid cropping any part of it.

Submitting your signature

You will also be asked to draw your signature on screen. Here is how to get it right:

• Use your finger or stylus to sign clearly within the provided area.

• Your signature should closely match the one on your bank account or Aadhaar card.

• Make sure the signature is legible and not too small.

• If you are not happy with your first attempt, you can redo it — there is no limit on retries.
