Punch makes it straightforward to change your PIN whenever you need to -- whether you want a fresh one for security reasons or simply want to pick something easier to remember.

Steps to Reset Your PIN

  1. Open the Punch app and let it load to the login screen.

  2. On the Enter PIN screen, tap Reset PIN.

  3. Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

  4. Enter your new 4-digit PIN and confirm it.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Your new PIN cannot be the same as any of your last five PINs.

  • After resetting, use your new PIN the next time you log in.

  • If you also have fingerprint login enabled, that continues to work as before -- only the PIN changes.
