Why do I need a Gmail ID for registration?

When you register on Punch, you sign in with your Google (Gmail) account. There are two main reasons for this:

• Security — Google provides strong account protection, including two-factor authentication, which helps keep your Punch account safe from unauthorized access.

• Simplicity — Most people already have a Gmail account, so using it for sign-in means you do not have to create and remember yet another set of login credentials.

Your Gmail address also serves as your primary contact for important account notifications, so make sure you use one you check regularly.
