Does Punch charge any account opening fees?

Yes, there is a one-time account opening fee of ₹120.

Is it mandatory to pay?

No. During sign-up, you get two options:

• Pay It Now — complete the ₹120 payment via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Netbanking and continue.

• Remind Me Later — skip and start trading.

If you choose not to pay — you can still contribute to Punch by becoming a Punch Champion and inviting other traders.

What happens after I pay?

You will see a Thank You screen confirming your contribution. An invoice for ₹120 is automatically emailed to your registered email address along with your account opening form.

Any recurring charges?

There are no annual maintenance charges (AMC) — not in the first year, not ever. Once your account is open, you only pay ₹1 brokerage per executed order plus standard statutory charges. No platform fees, no hidden costs.
