This is by design, and it is actually a good thing for the safety of your account.

Why Daily Logout Happens

As per securities industry guidelines, all trading sessions must end at the close of the trading day. Punch logs everyone out automatically around 2 AM each night to comply with this requirement.

When you open the app the next morning, you simply authenticate with your fingerprint or OTP -- it takes just a few seconds.

Why This Matters

Prevents stale sessions. If your phone is lost or stolen, an old session cannot be misused the next day.
Regulatory compliance. Daily session expiry is a standard practice across all SEBI-registered brokers.
No data loss. Your watchlists, holdings, and order history are all stored securely on the server. Nothing is lost when you log in again.
