Why haven't I received my login credentials via email?

Unlike some platforms that send you a username and password by email, Punch works differently. You are in full control of your own credentials from day one.

How Punch Login Credentials Work

When you sign up, you create your own 4-digit PIN directly inside the app. You also set up fingerprint login (or OTP if your phone does not support biometrics). These credentials are never sent over email or SMS because that would be a security risk.

What to Do If You Are Waiting for Credentials

• Open the Punch app and follow the on-screen prompts to set up your PIN and biometric login.

Why This Approach Is More Secure

Sending passwords over email means anyone with access to your inbox could see them. By letting you create your credentials directly on your device, Punch ensures that your PIN never leaves your hands and your biometric data never leaves your phone.
