How to Use the Positions Pane in Punch

View, exit, add to, or protect your open positions directly from the chart screen on Punch.

The Positions pane sits at the bottom of your chart screen. It shows only your open positions — closed ones do not appear here.

Opening the pane

Tap Positions in the bottom navigation bar on any chart. Tap it again to close. Your layout preference is saved, so whatever panes are open when you close Punch will reopen next time.

How it works

If you have a position linked to the chart you are currently viewing, it appears first. Otherwise, your most recent open position across any instrument is shown. Use the left/right arrows to scroll through all your open positions.

Tap the more (…) icon on any position to see your options:

  • Exit — close that single position

  • Exit All — close every open position at once

  • Add — open the order form to add to the position

  • Protect — set a stop-loss (not available on CNC positions)

  • Chart — jump to the chart for that instrument

In the expanded view, Protect, Add, and Exit appear as direct buttons without needing the more icon. Buy orders show +1 in green; sell orders show -1 in red.
