Sometimes things go wrong — your internet drops, the app is not loading, or your phone is acting up — and you have open positions that need to be squared off before the market closes. That is exactly what the Emergency Call & Trade service is for.

How much does it cost?

Each trade executed through this service is charged at ₹50 per executed trade. This fee exists to keep the emergency line free for genuine urgent situations and to prevent misuse.

How to use it

  1. Open the Punch app and go to the support section.

  2. Tap on Call & Trade under Emergency Trading.

  3. You will be connected to our support team, who will help you close your open positions over the phone.

Availability

The Emergency Call & Trade service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (market hours). If you need help outside these hours, you can reach us on WhatsApp through the app.
