How to Customise Candlestick Chart Colours on Punch

Change body colours, borders, and hollow candle mode for Candlestick and Heikin Ashi charts on Punch.

Candlestick and Heikin Ashi charts on Punch offer the same colour controls but save settings separately — changing one does not affect the other.

How to open chart style settings

  1. Open any chart in Punch.

  2. Tap the settings icon to open the settings panel.

  3. Select Candlestick or Heikin Ashi.

  4. Adjust your styles and tap Apply.

What you can customise

  • Body colours — Pick up and down colours from a 19-colour palette. Defaults are theme-aware: green (#0B9981 light / #0EC7A3 dark) and red (#F23645 light / #CC3958 dark).

  • Show Borders — Off by default. Toggle on to reveal border colour pickers. Your border colours are preserved even when the toggle is off.

  • Hollow Candles — Off by default. When on, candles use two comparisons (close vs open, and close vs previous close) to show four distinct states: green hollow, green filled, red hollow, and red filled.

Default colours update automatically when you switch between light and dark theme. Any custom colour you set stays unchanged. Settings sync across devices when you are logged in.
