I am unable to log in, what should I do?

Step-by-step troubleshooting for common Punch login problems.

Login issues can happen for a few different reasons. Walk through the checks below to get back into your account.

Check These One by One

  1. Clean, dry fingers. If you use fingerprint login, wipe your finger and the sensor. Moisture or dirt is the most common reason for a failed scan.

  2. Strong mobile signal. If you are logging in via OTP, you need an active mobile connection to receive the SMS. Move to an area with better signal if needed.

  3. Active mobile data or Wi-Fi. Punch needs an internet connection to verify your credentials with the server.

  4. Reinstall the app. If none of the above help, uninstall and reinstall Punch. This clears any corrupted local data that might be causing the issue. You will need to set up your PIN and fingerprint again after reinstalling.

After Reinstalling

Once you reinstall, log in with your registered phone number, PIN, and, fingerprint or OTP verification. Your watchlists, holdings, and order history are all stored and will be right where you left them.
