How to Place an Emergency Trade on Punch

Place trades over the phone when you can't access the Punch app. A charge of ₹50 per trade applies.

If you're unable to access the Punch app and need to place a trade urgently, you can do it over the phone.

How it works

  1. Open the Punch app → tap Help & Support → tap Emergency Trading.

  2. Read the confirmation popup — it explains the charges.

  3. Tap Proceed to connect to the trading desk.

Charges

₹50 per trade placed over the phone.

Availability

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Emergency trading is not available outside support hours or for accounts that haven't been activated yet.
