Why manual bank statement upload is not available

To make the verification process faster and reduce errors, Punch uses OneMoney — an RBI-licensed account aggregator — to fetch your bank statement automatically. Because of this, there is no separate option to upload a bank statement by hand.

What you can submit instead

If you would rather not use the automatic fetching service, you can upload any one of these documents as your income proof:

  • ITR acknowledgement

  • Form 16B

  • Salary slips (last three months)

All three options are available on the income proof screen during account opening. Simply choose the one that works best for you and follow the on-screen instructions to upload it.
