How it works
When you activate the crosshair on any chart, a + button appears on the price axis at whatever price level the crosshair is pointing to. Tap it and a horizontal line is drawn across the chart at that price. It is a quick way to mark support levels, resistance zones, or price targets while you are analysing a chart.
Placing a horizontal line
Open any chart in Punch.
Long-press the chart to activate the crosshair.
Drag the crosshair to the price level you want to mark.
Tap the + button on the price axis, next to the price label.
The horizontal line is placed across the full chart at that price.
Frequently asked questions
When does the + button appear? Only when the crosshair is active. Without the crosshair, the price axis shows price labels only. Long-press the chart to bring it up.
Can I change the line colour or style? Not yet. The line uses default styling. Customisation options are planned for a future update.
Can I move or delete the line after placing it? Yes. Tap on the horizontal line again and drag it to adjust it or tap on delete to remove the line.
