What is the validity of a Protected order on Punch?
Your protection stays active until it gets triggered, the contract expires, or a corporate action takes place.

Once you set a stop-loss or target on your position using Protection, you do not need to renew or re-apply it every day. It stays in place automatically.
When Does Protection End?
Your protection will remain valid until one of the following happens:
The stop-loss or target is triggered — the price reaches your set level, and the exit order is placed.
The contract expires — for derivatives (futures and options), protection ends on the expiry date of the contract.
A corporate action occurs — events like stock splits, bonus issues, or mergers may reset or cancel the protection.
Do I Need to Set It Again Every Day?
No. Unlike some intraday-only stop-loss orders on other platforms, Punch Protection carries forward across trading sessions. You set it once, and it stays active until one of the conditions above is met.
