How to Log In to Punch for the First Time

Set up your PIN and biometric login after your Punch account is activated.

Once you receive the account activation confirmation, you are just a few taps away from placing your first trade.

Steps to Set Up Your Login

  1. Open the Punch app and tap Start trading on the activation screen.

  2. Create a secure 4-digit PIN. This PIN will be used every time you log in.

  3. Enable fingerprint login when prompted. This adds a second layer of security to your account.

What If My Phone Does Not Support Fingerprint Login?

No worries. If your device does not have a fingerprint sensor, Punch will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number instead. You can use this OTP to verify your identity each time you log in.

Good to Know

  • Your PIN should be something only you know. Avoid simple combinations like 1234 or 0000.

  • You can reset your PIN later from the login screen if needed.

  • Fingerprint login and OTP are equally secure -- choose whichever works best for your device.
