How do I check the status of my withdrawal request?

Track your pending and completed withdrawals directly from the Punch funds page.

Steps to check withdrawal status

  1. Open the Punch app and tap the ₹ (rupee) icon on the top menu bar.

  2. On the funds page, look for your recent withdrawal request.

  3. The status will show whether your withdrawal is pending, processing, or completed.

What each status means

  • Pending — Your request has been received and is waiting for the next processing cycle (6:30 AM or 6:30 PM).

  • Processing — Punch has initiated the bank transfer. The money is on its way.

  • Completed — The payout has been sent to your primary bank account.

If your withdrawal has been in "processing" status for more than 24 hours on a working day, reach out to Punch support for help.
